During this meeting, we will pick out all of your linens, napkins, glassware, flatware, china and review any other rental needs for your event. After the meeting, you will receive an email including the list of rental items and a direct contact with the rental company. You’ll take it from there!

(1) meeting at a rental company to discuss your vision or event theme. During this meeting, we will pick out all of your linens, napkins, glassware, flatware, china and any other rental needs for your event. After the meeting, our team will coordinate with the rental company to place the order and answer any questions leading up to the event. We will come the day of (or before) to set/style the table. Rentals would be delivered and picked up [by the rental company]. Myers Refined can pick up and return the rentals pending the size of the rental order.

You give us your vision and we handle everything from there:

– Initial meeting or phone call to review vision

– (1) meeting at a rental company, if requested

– Myers Refined will curate the design tailored to your event, including the rentals for tablescapes, furniture, bar and catering needs

– Relay all rental needs to the rental company for products, delivery/pickup and event details and act as point of contact for any questions up to the event

– Arrive day of (or day before) to accept rental delivery and act as point of contact for the rental company.

– Set the table(s) and ensure catering and bar staff have been made aware of all rental items on site/where to place rentals at the end of the event

– Ensure rentals are retreived post-event based on the contracted pick up date
